• If access to the account is lost, users can reset their password or recover access via the email provided during registration.
• The company reserves the right to block accounts in cases of unauthorized use of the service or violation of these terms.

3. Use of the service

• Users must use the service solely for obtaining legal consultations and in compliance with applicable laws.
• Access to the court decisions database is provided solely for informational purposes and obtaining legal insights. Users agree not to copy, distribute, or misuse these decisions in ways that violate copyrights or other legal rights of third parties. In case of a violation, the company reserves the right to block access to the service, delete the user’s account, or take other lawful measures to protect its rights.
• The company does not guarantee the completeness or absolute relevance of these decisions at the time of use.

Prohibited actions:

• Using the service for unlawful purposes.
• Providing false or misleading information.
• Distributing, copying, or modifying AI-generated content without the company’s consent.

Legal Navigator provides AI-generated consultations, but the company is not liable for the accuracy or applicability of the recommendations provided. Court decisions and data are relevant at the time of upload; however, the company does not guarantee their absolute accuracy or completeness. Final decisions rest with the user.

4. User rights and responsibilities

Users have the right to:

• Access the service according to the selected subscription plan.
• Contact customer support for technical assistance or clarifications.
• Delete their account.

Users are obligated to:

• Respect the rights of third parties and comply with the laws of Ukraine and the EU.
• Follow security guidelines when using the service.

5. Company rights

The company reserves the right to:

• Delete accounts that violate these Terms of Use or harm the service.

6. Payments and subscriptions

• The service is provided on a subscription basis.
• The company reserves the right to change subscription fees. Current pricing information is available on the official website.
• If dissatisfied with the service, users may request a refund within 14 calendar days of payment, unless otherwise specified by the subscription plan terms. Refunds are granted only if the service was not provided adequately or due to technical issues caused by the service. Refund requests are reviewed individually by customer support.
• All payments are processed through certified payment systems (Stripe, PayPal, etc.).
• In case of a subscription violation, access to the service may be temporarily restricted.

7. Limitation of liability

• Legal Navigator is not a substitute for legal consultations provided by qualified lawyers.
• The company is not responsible for the use or interpretation of court decisions accessed through the service. These decisions are relevant at the time of upload but may not reflect current laws or complete accuracy.
• The company is not liable for user decisions based on provided responses.
• The company is not responsible for technical disruptions caused by force majeure events or actions by third parties.
